Personal Projects & Proof-of-Concepts

Layn Rider & Layn Driver

Live R&D

I build and maintain Android applications like Layn Rider and Layn Driver as personal production sandboxes. These projects are used to experiment with the latest stable Android SDKs and libraries like Jetpack Compose.

A key principle for these apps is resourcefulness. They are built with a frontend-only approach, leveraging free-tier backend services like Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. This demonstrates how to deliver robust functionality with minimal operational cost.
